We will explore various genres of poetry, from various cultures. We will also gain insight on poetic writing strategies, as well as, spoken word techniques. The Saturday Afternoon Poetry Workshop at Beyond Baroque happens every Saturday at 1:30 pm and ends at 4:30. The facilitator is Bob Foster. Poems are read and critiqued in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. All levels of expertise/experience are welcome! Bring at least 10 copies of your poem (which should be no longer than two pages).
